• Standard Delivery - 2 days in Lagos, 3 days in Ibadan, 5 days nationwide
• Free Standard Delivery - On all orders ≥ NGN 1,000,000

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected delivery method:

• Lagos: 1-2 days (Standard) or same day (Express)
• Ibadan: 2-3 days (Standard) or 24 hours (Express)
• Other Nigerian cities: 3-5 days (Standard) or max 3 days (Express)

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Currently, we only ship within Nigeria. We're working on expanding our delivery services internationally. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging. Some exclusions apply (final sale items, intimate apparel, earrings).

To start a return:

1. Log into your account and go to Order History
2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
3. Click "Request Return" and follow the prompts
4. Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging
5. Ship to the address provided or drop off at our Lagos store

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Yes, select items are available for pre-order. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page with an estimated delivery date. You'll be charged at the time of order, and we'll ship your item as soon as it becomes available.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account, go to "Order History," and click on your order to view tracking details. The tracking information updates in real-time as your package moves through our delivery network.
